If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund as appropriate.
4. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
Nué may offer certain products on a recurring subscription basis.
If you choose to enroll in a subscription, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and any applicable minimum commitment will be disclosed to you before purchase.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Nué and our payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method at the disclosed frequency until you cancel or the subscription otherwise ends.
You may cancel an eligible subscription before your next order is processed using the cancellation methods provided through your account or by contacting us at [email protected].
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
A one-time purchase, including a one-time multi-box or multi-month purchase, does not automatically enroll you in a subscription unless recurring billing is expressly disclosed and accepted at checkout.
We may modify subscription pricing or material subscription terms. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice before a change applies to a future renewal.
5. Shipping & Delivery
